Deleting message streams

I know I have done this as have a few friends.

It is too easy to hold your phone or accidentally delete a message or even a load of messages if you don't realise.

Is there a way to more the delete button from the edge and put it more central?

2 - You've "won" a holiday

How come I can only see four or five items in updates? Can I change to see more ( used to be able to see 10+)
