Hi All,

Just a couple of general questions for our next social event. We are looking to hold this on the 9th of May (Bank Holiday). The venue we have in mind is something a bit special however it has a fairly large minimum spend.

How this works is if we dont hit that spend over the bar on the night The Unseen Lounge Social would be liable for the short fall so:

If we increased from £10pp - £12.50 would that put people off?

If we made the event themed, would that add or detract? we are thinking of 1920's as its 2020.

If we COULD provided entertainment would it make a difference?

would Ice breakers or a formal speed dating for the event be more enticing?

Socials? This will be our 5th. We tend to hold them every 6 weeks or so and tend to have between 100-150 people at each.
