This is a PRIVATE all day and evening meeting from 1:00pm until 23:00pm or until everyone has had enough. Please contact us to let us know if you are coming so we can set an arrival time.

These are no holds bar meetings and you can do anything from just chilling and chatting over coffee and biscuits to having raunchy sex anywhere in the house using any pieces of furniture you wish. 1 on 1, 3 sums, orgies etc really anything goes with consent. Photos and filming will be taken of you in action only with your consent with copies sent to each involved. Filming is only done in the bedroom so if you don't want to be filmed you can use other parts of the house. There is no alcohol provided so if you need this bring your own! Sandwiches and snacks will be laid on.

We(me and my girlfriend Nikki) would like to invite TG/TV/CD's, single female admirers and bi couples to this event to part take in whatever takes your fancy. Especially would like to see female admirers and couples to spice up the action! Condoms available but feel free to bring your own and any toys you wish. All TG/TV/CD's must fully dress with wig and make up and be shaven in the right places, no visible hairs! For those that do not dress full time please arrive in male mode and change at the house. Single Females and Couples - FREE but a small donation for the photos and video will gladly be accepted.

A £5 discount for those who have attended previously.

After attending our parties 3 times your 4th visit is FREE!!!

This fee is to cover the costs of the following:-

Coffee, Tea, Biscuits and other refreshments

Condoms

Wipes, Kleanex etc

Cleaning of towels and bedding

Photos

Video

A lot cheaper than paying for hotels costs and most other venues!

Our last Raunchy Meeting was with 8 TG's and a TV/RG bi couple and everyone expressed what a great time they had. . We hope to hold these meeting on a regular basis every 3 weeks, dates permitting. Also a small sample clip can be seen on request to see what can and has happened at previous parties.
