York Social (proposed)

Hello everyone, I am thinking of organising a big summer social next year, summer of 2019, in the great city of York.

I have organised events previously on several occasions very successfully for up to 400 people.

This social will be open to all but limited to numbers of the venue once I find a suitable venue.

There will be more than likely a small admission charge- this will only be to cover the costs- venue hire-bar staff- security.

It will be a non profit event.

I would like to know peoples thoughts and feelings good or bad it’s an open forum and all comments considered.

I would not wish to upset any people who currently organise socials in york or previously in the past,

If it seems popular then I will also need to look at starting a committee to help in the organisation and preparation. Any willing volunteers would be great. Yes both singles and couples, please step forwards.

Sorry for boring you to tears by reading this lol,

Jay.
