OP it is often very difficult to arrange this from a single male profile. This is because often the FB/girlfriend etc doesn't exist - lots of men have an imaginary partner. This means couples or single ladies aren't very trusting towards men trying to arrange things for a partner via the man's profile.

You may have more success if your FB tries to arrange this from her single ladies profile or if you have a couples profile together.
