Wine dinners

Good day to you all.

In my professional capacity I will be hosting some wine dinners in the coming future with wine makers and vineyard owners coming from places like south Africa. Argentina and new Zealand to talk about their wines.

The evening would be a 4 - 6 course menu ( haven't decided yet ) matched with a glass of wine for each course. The menu has been written and will be prepared by a michelan starred chef on the evening.

Is this something that all my fab friends may be intrested in?? Let me know your thoughts

Price is around £60-80 per person.

Without naming the venue on here google make it the top 5* hotel in the north east!! And it's near Darlington so close to a1 and eastcoast main line

Be selective about who you ask along.

Most of them on here will expect a pint glass.

Give clear and concise directions to the venue or any nearby Kwik-Fit outlet with a Michelin sign outside will be in for an interesting line of enquiries from people far too well dressed to be looking for a Low Profile Radial.

And if you expect them to spit it - well, let's just say that's not their normal modus operandi at either the table or in the budoir.

If you're doing this in a professional capacity why on earth would you want to involve a bunch of mad swingers that you have never met,who could come in snaffle all the wine scoff all the food and start shagging on the tables?

Did you want to retire early? or is it one of theose lets see who can arrange the wackiest dinner party type scenarios and theres a prize at the end of it
