So guys this is the official post......

Seems like there’s enough interest to warrant us two ladies putting in the effort to sort another social.

The date is Saturday 2nd December 2pm-8pm in Manchester, postcode being M1 area of Manchester which is central.

The venue is booked, as usual it will be a free social for those who choose to attend.

Please post on the thread I’m in if you wish to attend, this will be on a first come first served basis as obviously the room has a capacity limit.

Messages will be sent out individually with exact location approximately 4 days prior, please do not discuss venue details on the thread as it’s strictly invite only.

Hope to see you all there and yes we’ll have mistletoe

It's the second exit at the third roundabout, go straight through the first set of traffic lights. When you see the bookies on the left, keep going for 0.75 miles, then turn right into a big wide road. After about another half a mile, pull up at the side of the road and ask a random foreigner

i just looked on trainline - 73 quid for same day return - 56 for going home next day - have you tried the coach - usually way cheaper

The thing with Manchester like many other cities, is that thousands come in to watch the footy, so the hotels know they have a captive audience and they charge ridiculous money. Not sure if the out of town ones work out a little cheaper, there's always night buses and trams
