I have a love for tea.. but I have the following problem during work and at home;

1. Make tea

2. Sip tea

3. Tea is too hot

4. Let tea cool down

5. Forget you have a cup of tea.

Noooooooooooooo re microwaving cold tea, it's horrific

However in the interest of science I did once try to make a mug of tea from scratch in the microwave

Always another cup or better still take the mug with you and sup it so it's not left to go cold,even it's to the door to answer it

The Secret Tea Parties are more about the company and cake

I microwave the cold tea. I wonder if there is a leaf tea/tea bag diversity on this site. Also, as far as the tea bag lovers are concerned, make in a teapot or in a cup/mug. I’m also impartial to egg and cress sandwiches, crumpets, scones with strawberry jam and clotted cream and cake.

It's a very swanky affair. You will need a suit, crisp white shirt, tie and don't forget to polish your shoes and put a handkerchief in your top jacket pocket. When you drink the tea, don't forget to stick out your right pinky and put your napkin on your knee for the cucumber sandwiches.
