The potential people outside of the forum is much larger than inside. Arranging groups and socials is often tricky for couples, with fewer people attending than expressed interest as the norm.

I'd consider a specific theme, so people know if it's social only or to do something of interest. If you have a definite day, it also helps people to say they can or can't make it.

But the big thing here is that single men find it tougher to get meets than others - I know you've been around a good while, so will have a sense of that.

When you are friendly by nature it can seem a little unusual if people don't jump at the chance of a matter, a few drinks etc - but it's the fab way, where many people will have a demand for sex under every undertaking they make, so others become reluctant.
