Disused office building

Recently come into possession of an old office building which is due to be refurbished in the coming weeks. It has great (off road) private access too. I'd like to organise one or two meets there with pics taken. Is this something people would be interested in or am I barking up the wrong tree?

Just going on the OPs age I'd think it unlikely he owns the building. In which case should the actual owners turn up during the dogging / swinging / slasher meet ....
