The next Sheffield Pub Social will be held on Saturday the 5th of March in a central Sheffield pub from 7pm to closing.

This is an all welcome event with no quotas. It's a purely social event and is friendly to all - singles, couples, triples and T girls.

All you need to get an invite is to go on the guest list. Simply post on this thread to say you want to attend and you'll be added. Remember though that I will need to message you with information so if I'm outside your preferences drop me a wink.

The guest list will be strictly enforced - if you're not on the list when it closes (3 days before the event) then you won't be getting in. This is not negotiable and will go for any plus 1's who turn up unexpectedly.

We have an entire pub with a smoking area for the evening and its going to be a great night. There is a charge of £5 per person which will cover any costs and the buffet. Any monies left over will be donated to a local Sheffield Cancer Support charity which does sterling work supporting cancer patients and their loved ones in practical ways throughout their treatment. Details of the charity are available on request but won't be posted in the forum.

The venue information will be released by pm to those on the guest list in the week before the event. It will no be published on the forum and is not to be shared - if anyone wants to know refer them to me. As I've already said if they're not on my list then they won't be getting in so just turning up and asking is not an option.

Yes it's a private party and we have the whole venue but it's still a social in a pub. Consider it my local - bad behaviour will not be tolerated! Anyone making a nuisance of themselves will be asked to leave. I will remain sober all night and if there are any issues (never had any before but you never know) then bring them to me and I'll deal with it . The basic rule is to behave as you would in any pub.

This is not a place to be predatory. Of course flirting is allowed (hell I love a good flirt ) but if it's not returned then let it go. It's a great opportunity to have a fun night of laughs and chat with others who share our kinky outlook with no pressure or expectation of anything more. It's perfect if you've wondered about clubs or parties but aren't sure. It's a great place to arrange a meet.

Single females if you don't know anyone or apprehensive just say so to me and I'll introduce you to pleasant friendly people.

Single males this is a great place to meet people and a good way to get verified if you've been struggling - all well mannered single men will get a veri from me after the event if you want one.

T girls are very welcome. The pub staff are cool, the other attendees are chilled and non judgemental. However you will have to arrive dressed as there is nowhere suitable for you to change. This pub is on a quiet side street and there is parking very close by. If you have any questions pm me.

There is good parking nearby and I will be putting together info on nearby hotels. Many of the city centre hotels don't have their own parking but I will send out car park info with the venue info.

We will be holding a raffle in aid of our chosen charity. I'm currently soliciting prizes. Previously we've had some great prizes and any offers will be very welcome.

The last one wasn't but really to point of a social is to socialise. TD knows how to do a social. One of the best nights I've been to. Mightily pissed off I can't come to this one but you will all have a good night.

Thanks to everyone who came last night it was a great night and we raised funds for a great charity.

Today I will be mostly recuperating and napping but tomorrow I will start writing veris. I'll write them for every well mannered (yup that's the lot of you) single male. If any couples or single fems want veris drop me a pm.

it was a good night indeed, it was nice talking with some off the guys I met up with howard and ace and spoke with marc as well a bit..

also this is going to sound a bit silly tempting devil but did the veri I sent you go through? it's just I have given others some in the past and they said it did not go through after I sent them for some reason?

It's a shame that the DJ couldn't make it and cancelled at the last minute, leaving no time to find a replacement.

Still, the jukebox was well stocked so all was not lost.
