Have a look at the North Wales thread in the Wales forum.

It will be held in Conwy on the above date, 12 noon until 3pm.

Venue details will be sent prior to the date, if enough interest can be generated.

A list of those attending will be posted later on (if you do not wish to be advertised let me know)

Remember this is a social meet, in a public place, and any inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated
