The next York Trans,CD,TV Social is Saturday 15th August, all welcome to come along.

It is held at Thomas's Bar (Thomas of York) on Museum Street.

Please be aware this is a social, not a fuck-fest, though if you click with someone, what happens in your private/hotel room afterwards is down to you, just don't come along expecting to get laid!

Starting 8-30pm, through until 3am, the venue serves great food until 10pm, then it's disco time with Queenie Buffet.

CD's/Tv's, you can arrive in your everyday clothes and change at the venue, but please try to arrive before 10pm if you intend to change at the venue, as it gets very busy after 10pm.

Looks like it's going to be great night, lots going, and lots to look forward to in the coming months too, including a rocky horror picture show theme and a one-off friday nighter as well, but this month's is just 10 days away, can't wait

For those traveling by car, nearest parking is on North Street, just down from the Park Inn (£2 covers you till 8am) from there walk towards the bridge, cross over the bridge and continue up the road for about another 200 yards (you'll see some traffic lights and Thomas's is just before the lights on the right)

Alternatively the nearest car park is on Marygate, just off bootham , again £2 covers you to 8am, walk back up Marygate and then bear right towards the traffic lights, keep right and follow the road round past the theatre to the next set of lights, where you'll see Thomas's opposite
