Help re The Living ApartHotel

All,

Any help will be greatly appreciated, we are looking to hire The Living ApartHotel in Manchester for a party but seems that you can only have two guests per apartment above the number registered to stay and they need to sign out by 11pm

Has anyone hosted here or been to a party? Are they strict?
