Make sure you do plenty of research. Inexperience/lack of knowledge would be disastrous.

1. Lube

2. More lube

3. Even more lube

4. We use latex gloves as we find they work for us

5. Don't rush

6. Mrs needs to be relaxed

7. Listen to her

8. Some more lube

9. Understand it might not happen the first time you try

It takes time most importantly you need to be relaxed like above post says a glove and lube helps don't expect to get straight in there

just use one more finger at a time and the hand needs to be shaped like cone not a fist ben fisting ladies 11 years now never ment one that didn't like so good luck and take your time x
