Hello folks

It's that time of year again, my Norwich beer festival social and afterparty will this year be happening on Friday 29th October.

This is an excellent chance to meet up and chat to folk, the last few have all been good fun.

Live music always occurs, this time we have some proper beer drinking music, The Rum Brothers whose song

The Girl Behind the Bar is flipping hilarious and will have me jigging wildly with my bagpuss tankard in my raised hand.

The beer list is sadly not up yet, but always a good selection there.

This is the best attended of all of my socials normally, so lets try and keep this up.

As I'm such a social tart I will be putting this up on a few sites and being a large public gathering I have no control over

who may be there independently, please pm me if you want any more information or any questions.

I have in previous years wasted decent drinking time hanging around in pubs for people who have never turned up so this time

we will be meeting inside the venue. I will issue a mobile number so you can find me inside but won't be many in flat caps

with bagpuss tankards dancing badly trust me lol

The beer list is up folks.

Shortlist of 23 for me. Lack of bizarrely named ones, though I will be looking for Wold Top Voluptous Vicky, Riverside Witches Wallop, Fat Cat Cougar and Brandon Grumpy Bastard.

Plenty of sensible strength beers, with one or two hardcore ones (Old Chimneys Good King Henry Special Reserve at 11%).

The band I want to see are on at 6pm to early start this year folks (which gives more time for an afterparty!!).
