Its unlikely I'll ever get the chance to enjoy a social event because they tend to be on a weekend in the evening. So, I'm just looking to see what interest there would be if I organised one for a midweek day time/evening. Answers on a postcard please. Xx

Probably that magic mix of unemployed people and the odd shift worker....

I understand what you mean. I also thought it would be an opportunity for those with children to have a few hours respite while they're at school.
