Going down to Plymouth

On Thurs 16th Sept I will be picking up my dad from the ferry port in Plymouth. I have to drive from Newport in S.Wales, and this would be a great opportunity for me to meet up with people who would normally be out of my range, if i arrange to leave the day before perhaps and then spend the night with someone on the way down. So if you live anywhere along the M5 and you think I might be some use to you, let me know
