I'm looking for flat/house/club in London, Essex (close to London preferably) and suburbs for regular adult parties and events.

Established, safe and discreet group of consenting adults meeting on a regular bases (once or twice per week depends on availability).

The property must be discreet - no reception/concierges/porters etc. Onsite parking is optional for Central London properties. Shower and washing facilities are a must. Close to tube/dlr/overground/bus/train services (easy to get to and from)

Would prefer a £££ arrangement.

Could be a regular thing in the right location.
