We're thinking a pub function room would be our first choice, but any form of safe, secure, and if possible free area with enough space would be great.

If you own or run a shop, warehouse, pub, garage, office, ect ect.

We normally host them at our home, but think it would make a nice change!

It wouldn,t be needed for long, around an hour, aroun 8pm ish. Must be able to accom between 8-20 ish guys!

We generally go to Birmingham when we go to clubs, but for this instance the point is, we aren't looking for clubs, we are looking for "normal" venues, workplaces, shops, function rooms, ect.
