Welcome to the Sheffield pub social.

This will be on Saturday 29th March starting at 5pm (for anyone who can't get a late babysitter) till last orders at 1am. It's at a city centre pub DETAILS OF THE VENUE WILL BE SENT TO ALL ON THE CONFIRMED GUESTLIST THE WEEK OF THE EVENT.

So who can come? Everybody! THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO ALL: MALES, FEMALES, COUPLES, TRANS, ALL ARE WELCOME.

How to get on the guestlist? Simple. Just add a post onto this thread and you'll be on the list. I will need to private message you with info so if I'm outside your filters wink me.

The only cost will be £3 per head for the buffet. We have the entire pub so as well as socialising areas there is a dancefloor and there will be music. We also have a private outside space for smokers.

We are holding a raffle in aid of a Sheffield Cancer Support Centre. Tickets are reasonably priced and it's for a very good charity. Details including charity number will be available on the night or by pm'ing me. We have a wide selection of fabulous prizes including a bumper box of LoveHoney goodies, a bespoke club dress, cosmetics hamper, foodie hamper, beer and cider and a painting by a local artist. Admin have also donated some Gold Site Supporters Passes.

THIS IS A PURELY SOCIAL EVENT. Remember that we are in a public place and both dress and behave accordingly. Having said that if you are trans and wish to come dressed then you are very welcome to do so.

PREDATORY BEHAVIOUR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. I will also have words with anyone who overindulges! By all means have a few drinks and flirt. And if it's reciprocated then make whatever plans.suits you both (or three, or four...). Come expecting to have a great night with like-minded people, don't expect anymore.

ALL SINGLE MALE ATTENDEES WILL GET VERIFIED. I will write verifications for all the single guys and also for anyone else who'd like one. If you've been struggling to get verified or yours are a bit old this is a great way to get some veris. And if you're a pleasant, sociable person then I won't be the only one happy to verify you.

SINGLE FEMALES THIS IS A SAFE, FRIENDLY AND SUPPORTIVE PLACE TO MEET NEW PEOPLE. If you're nervous about meeting or if you'd like to meet couples and are unsure how to go about it then this is the place to do it. Arrange to meet whoever you like here in the knowledge that if they don't show you'll have a great night, or if they're lovely but you don't fancy them there's no pressure and Solent more people for you to meet.

If you'd like hotel info just ask on here or pm me. We've got people booked into a couple of hotels in particular but as we're city centre any central hotel is not far.

Unfortunately we don't have a DJ (unless someone knows a willing volunteer with his own kit, a free Saturday night and happy to donate his time in return for good will and cake) but we still have a dancefloor and a very well stocked jukebox.
