social meet in worcester

A friend of mine have a bar/hotel can do close door social event, in Worcester town centre. Just want to gather people's opinions to find out how many people might be interested and how often would people like to attend (e.g. Once a month, once a few months etc...)And any suggestions on what can be done during the event etc...

What do people think? x
