hi guys looking for some advice this will be our first meet and we have guys lined up for the night im just wondering about hotel meets how do you go about having 3 guys come up to your room or do they have to get separate rooms and meet in the halls etc or if any one could point me out to houses thats rented out for partys.

Depends on the hotel.

Some you need a keycard to get to the rooms so you'd need to meet your guests - some of the budget hotels (etap before they became ibis) can be funny about visitors.

There are apartment lets available. And there are also motel type hotels where each room has it's own entrance without having to pass reception. Some of the larger, generally older hotels also have more than one route up to the rooms...

fantastic is there a listing of places available around derbyshire thats been used or used by folks here total newbs to this but dont want to do it wrong either
