WHY DON'T GUYS TURN UP FOR A GB PARTY?

I had 20 guys confirmed to attend a Gangbang party for a T-girl mate of mine, they all seemed keen and we happy with my arrangments, rules and location!

However only 5 guys turned up, so what happened to the other 15? who knows?

I'd love to know WHY they did not turn up and why people just cannot be polite and honest and say "Sorry but I cannot make it"
