Hey Fabbers,

I run a restaurant centrally located in the county, due to another thread I wanted to know how many of you would be interested in a monthly social meet, the restaurant is unlicensed but can provide amazing cappuccinos lol and I would close it to the public, I would have to cover costs but potentially drink sales would be sufficient as I'd rather not charge a fee.

Spread the word please as there is nowhere in the county for people to meet up and i think this could be ideal.

Dude I wish I had a bar style facility, as for the money, there's nothing in it for us, if the people interested would rather a bar that's great, if not my offer still stands

We are currently at about 20 people, if we can get another 10 as there is bound to be people who cannot attend we are good to go, and the first meet will be in May at a date to be confirmed spread the word peeps x

Think it a great idea. As socials let peeps get to know all in a environment that is low key an friendly like it should be. What happens after is up to all that attend etc. Think midweek be great for us. Maybe 1st or last tues in month basis so everyone cant forget when it is on too be good. Put us on the list. And custard creams for us with a cheeky vodie lol xx p an q

Hi ya, Thankyou i think your spot on the first Tuesday of the month would be ideal, the May meet may need to be the second Tuesday to give me time to arrange it, and also would love for everyone to have an input into how we move this forward and keep it going

As an idea as to distance, the restaurant is located on the outskirts of Kettering near to the a14/a43 junction

So half hour/20 mins from northampton 20 mins from corby 10 mins from Wellingborough and a few mins from Kettering x
