Possible Venue for Social Events Mid Wales

Hypothetically speaking, if I was able to get my hands on an incredible pub who's owner, although not in the lifestyle is understanding of the lifestyle for a winter social event, would anyone be interested in using the premises to run a social event?

It would be sole use of the pub on a Sunday to hold a social event that the owner would help organise. You would have access to outdoor garden area that also has an outside bar and plenty of seating. Large carpark with the option of parking a motor vehicle there overnight. There's a restaurant and games room and the bar would be staffed with female only staff ..... Would something like that be of interest to people?

Oh, and it's out of the way but accessible by car or taxi from station but the owner has agreed to even provide transport back and forth to the train station for people if needed.... ???
