Double beds are offered to couples first, if a single person wants a double bed there will be a reserves list and if one comes available we'll offer it to them.

*Guest list closes at 12pm on the day of the party.

*Address details should NEVER be given to someone who is not on our guest list. If you have someone who wants to attend please speak to a host.

*If you invite someone to the party who isn’t on the guest list BOTH will be asked to leave even if this is after the event has ended.

*This is STRICTLY a safe sex party.

*Zero drugs policy – if you are found taking or possessing these you will be told to leave.

*Please be respectful to ALL the other guests and respect the no means no rule. So not the 3rd or 2nd time, but the 1st, and every time.

*Please remember to take your towels to the rooms you are playing in and use them.

*if the bedroom doors are closed please respect that the occupants don't want to be watched or joined.

*No noise after 4am, if we hear you we will ask you once to be quiet, if we have to ask a second time you will be asked to leave
