Seeing as the Somerset clubs are getting far and few visits. Ive been thinking about hiring a place for a Swinging Party. Any thoughts? Would i need to apply for a licence or anything? Would people book in? Looking at around Frome/Warminster/Yeovil area.

Prices would be affordable to cover the venue no profit being made on my side as i want this to work.

A mixture of ages, sexuality, whatever you fancy.

Am I looking in to this correctly. Any ideas would be amazing.

I don't think you would need any licences as long as you keep it as bring your own alcohol and advertise it as a private party. As for charging people I would word it as a donation otherwise you are running a business and would need to set up a LTD company and have liability insurance. Others may have more experience of this but good luck OP.

Thank you for your good advise. Donations is better cause obvs its towards the booking of the place.
