Any recommendations for a venue for a social meet up with another couple in Birmingham Digbeth area on early evening? I know there’s a few clubs in Birmingham but wondering if there are any pubs / restaurants that are not Members Only where like minded couples might meet up and not mind a social chat and a drink.

Hennesseys isn't bad.. nice sized bar-area - outdoor smoking section on covered balcony. close to new street station/digbeth coach station and good cheap parking over the road (if the car park underneath is full)

I can totally recommend The Night Owl for a later social meet?

Really cool vibe, great cocktails, dance floor and quieter areas to chat.

Forgot about the Night Owl.. used to go there for Drinks after finishing working Up Town on my way home.. haven't been for years
