Anyone could recommend cheap hotels in these cities where I could discreetly bring people in without keycard access? Or if the reception is on a different floor or separate building altogether?

1) Manchester

2) Liverpool

3) Birmingham

4) Nottingham

I'm thinking to do some cock adventure this year
