Just putting the feelers out for interest in a planned social in Leicester city centre in the new year!

It’s not something I’ve done before but happy to host in a pub/bar if there’s enough interest to get a few people together!? (Non play, public event)

There’s a group of us single ladies that will be helping out with arrangements and attending on the night if it goes ahead!

Open to ideas etc too!

We'd be interested too.. Just be mindful that there's already a planned social for Northampton on 11th Feb. I'm sure there's also one for Coventry on the same date too. So you might want to choose a different weekend.

The last time we went, The Queen of Bradgate was a fairly decent pub, with a decent layout to sit and chat in small groups, but still mingle.

With regards to the date, bear in mind the Coventry Social on 4th and Northampton Social on 11th. Another local social on 18th may be too soon for some.

Everyone welcome but places may be limited with the particular venue we have in mind (private bar, city centre) and will be on first come first served basis etc. Single male places will be limited depending on venue capacity so we have a fair mix of guests

Hopefully will have confirmation at the weekend

Please do keep commenting interest so we can try and accommodate everyone!

If it's a Leicester City centre venue would work great. Gives people the option to take things forward with new acquaintances after the social if they wish. Maybe to Amigos Swingers club or the many late night bars/clubs in town
