This party will be held at a Luxurious Town House that sleeps 10 guests in. It has two bathrooms, and 5 bedrooms. 3 double rooms and two single. One is a sofa bed.
For our guests to enjoy we have:

* Cold plunge tub
* BBQ &Fire pit
* Wood burning stove
* Cinema room
*Bar (bring your own alcohol)
Doors will open at 7PM. No entry will be admitted after MIDNIGHT. The party will be wrapped up around 3AM-ish.

Prices are as follows. . .
• Single guys - £25
• Single females - £10
• Couples £20

We will send confirmed guests the full address for the location a day or two before the party night. Please don’t pass it on to anyone, if you do then you will be jeopardising your place at the party.

To make sure the night goes great for each guest, we have to of course have our PLATINUM RULES:
• This is STRICTLY a safe sex party.
• Zero drugs policy - if you are found taking or possessing these you will be told to leave.
• Please be respectful to ALL the other guests and respect the no means no rule. So not the 3rd or 2nd time, but the 1st, and every time.
