We, and a female fab friend, are in Manchester to see Ed Sheeran, staying Friday and Saturday nights.

We are looking for recommendations of good places to have a drink on Friday 10th and are more than happy for some likeminded couples and individuals to join us, although not too many solo men.

Any suggestions and anyone fancy joining us for a drink? This would be purely a social meet.

Loads of good bars in Manchester!! Depends what you want.

- Spinningfields for typically instagramable posher bars.

- Peter Street for normal bars (I’d probably go here or above).

- Deansgate locks for lively bars probably a younger crowd.

- Northern Quarter for more hipster bars.

- Printworks for less classy but can be a laugh bars.

- Gay Village / canal street for more open to anything bars (this is where I’d end up after the top 2 places later on)
