i am thinking of hiring a country house/cottage and having as many couples and single females as it will hold and a certain amount of single guys that the couples and single females already know well and have met before, everyone could contact each other by putting there names down on here that they are going so they know its not just going to be them turning up on there own , what does anyone think of this idea ?

Sounds a decent idea, you need to find a central location in N/W and find out the costs involved.
