On a mooch

Are you attending the Manchester social on Saturday, 11th December and at a loose end on the Friday evening ?

Then pop along to the pre social, meet a smaller crowd for relaxed drinks and laughter. It’s a perfect way for newbies to meet some friendly faces before the main event, someone to spot in the crowd.

Be warned, you may be enticed to dance, but an ability to dance is not needed; you may have a late night, how late is entirely up to you; you may get a hangover; you may also ache the next day from laughter, dancing or incidents - but despite what you may have heard, I’m not responsible for any of that

Still interested, then you need now need to read the boring part:-

- places are limited to 50 people evenly split between the groups

- you must be listed as an attendee of the main social, I will be checking.

- To secure a place please PM me from the account you used to register for the main social (filters are down), even if you’ve expressed interest in attending previously

- It is one message per person (unless a couple), not one person with a list of friends

Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis through the groups

- You will receive a PM confirming your place in a couple of days time

- Details will be sent out to attendees on Tuesday/Wednesday the week of the social via PM

Just to confirm the pre social is very much in a public place, it has a fully stocked normal bar plus cocktails. The question is just because we are a big group and they want to make sure they have enough stock. On the night you can order at your will, what you’d like to drink from the bar.

If you are attending the pre social, make sure you have also confirmed your attendance to the main social.

You need to confirm by midday tomorrow (2nd) or you will be automatically removed, which means you will also be removed from the pre social

Don’t let an admin error stop your attendance, do a double check
