COUPLES & SINGLE LADIES SOCIAL – SATURDAY 4TH SEPTEMBER 2021 @7.30pm

Hi everyone, it’s been a while, we’ve missed you....

We’re delighted to let you know the date for the first post-lockdown BRISTOL Social – Saturday 4th September 2021.

The event will start at 7.30pm and, as always, we’d love you to attend.

The BRISTOL Social is an opportunity for swingers from across the area to reconnect; network; have a drink and get to know each other.

The event is open to all validated m/f couples and single ladies (green tick or flag).

If you would like to attend, please register your interest below. This forum post will act as the rolling guest list. We’ll share the event location/joining instructions with the profiles on the guest list a few days before the event.

**Q&A**

Q: When is the event? – A: Saturday 4th September 2021 at 7.30pm.

Q: Where is it? – A: A stylish licensed venue in Bristol city centre.

Q: When will you tell us the location? – A: We're keeping the venue under wraps until the week before. We’ll send everyone on the guest list full joining instructions the Monday before the event.

Q: How much will the event cost? – A: £4 per person, payable on the door.

Q: How do I join the guest list? – A: Write a post below saying you’re coming or message us (Dirty130).

Q: Can we play on the premises? – A: No, this is a social only event. However, there is nothing stopping you taking people home / onwards after the event finishes.

Q: Do we have private use of the venue? A: Yes, until 10pm; after which the venue will open to the public. We are welcome to stay as late as we want.

Q: Who can attend? – A: Any validated (green tick/flag) couple (mf) or single lady (f). All ages and preferences are very welcome.

Q: I’m a single female; can I bring a male partner? – A: Yes, however please remember that you’re attending as a couple. Arrive together; socialise together; leave together.

Q: I’m a single male / CD / TS / TV / MM; can I join the guest list? – A: Sorry no, this is a couples and single ladies only event.

Q: How long will the event last? – A: Officially about 3 hours, however the venue is open until late if you want to stay longer.

Q: Why is the event so early? – A: We want to give people the opportunity to network at the start of the evening, leaving the remainder of the night to go clubbing / drinking or host an after party.

Q: Have you run this event before? – A: Yes, this will be our 16th BRISTOL Social.

Q: Can you suggest any hotels? A: We can recommend the Radisson Blu, Broad Quay, BS1 4BY; Hilton Garden Inn Bristol City Centre, Temple Way, Bristol BS1 6BF; The Bristol Hotel, Prince St, Bristol BS1 4QF; Mercure Bristol Holland House, Redcliffe Hill, BS1 6SQ.

If you want a premium option, go for the Marriott, College Green, BS1 5TA

For a budget hotel try Travelodge, Anchor Road, BS1 5TT; Ibis Bristol Centre, Explore Lane, BS1 5TY or Premier Inn, King St, BS1 4ER.

Q: We look young, do we need ID? – A: Yes, if you’re under 25 please bring ID.

Q: What’s happening afterwards, are there any plans? A: We’re just running the social; what happens afterwards is totally up to you.

Q: We’ve never been before, what is the dress code? – A: Think stylish bar/club rather than pub. Ladies: Sexy night out in town (eg. LBD, cocktail dress) | Men: Smart casual (smart jeans and a shirt is fine).

Q: What additional restrictions / policies will be in place with regards to COVID-19? – A: We’re committed to running an enjoyable and safe event. Depending on circumstances we may need to amend the format of the event to maintain compliance with restrictions in place for nightclubs at the time. This may include using the NHS app to restrict admission to those who have been fully vaccinated/recently tested.

Q: What can I/we do to help? – A: Promote the event, tell your friends, post it in your status and encourage people to sign-up. It is what you make it!

Hi Grace, the social is primarily an event for couples to meet other couples. We extend an invitation to single ladies, who have the option to attend alone or to bring a partner along with them (forming a couple).

We exclude single men to create and maintain an atmosphere preferred by many couples and single ladies. We appreciate this might not be for everyone.

We concur with the OP and operate the exact same rule.

We have found the majority of couples who have messaged us with interest are after same thing of couples and females only.
