A thread related to this one, but without specifically mentioning Colchester, has recently been posted. I hope P & B don’t mind, but I thought it would be a good idea to expand on their question regarding swingers clubs in the hope of improving the situation.

Despite the fact that there appears to be numerous singles and couples from Colchester on Fab, there is a serious lack of clubs, and even socials, in the town and the surrounding area. Given that swinging is obviously alive and well in our locality, one would assume that a social would be very popular.

In order to ascertain the validity of that assumption however, I’d like people who would be inclined to attend a Colchester social to declare their interest in this thread. If the responses indicate a healthy level of potential attendees maybe we can make this work.

Having never organised a social before I’m pretty much in the dark about how to go about setting one up, so I’d be very grateful for advice from those people who already organise this type of event or have done so previously.

I’m assuming that the main issue will be in finding an establishment willing to host such an event so again, any advice on finding suitable premises would be very gratefully received.

Lastly, I’m aware that posts and threads can very easily get lost on the forum among all the other topics, so please feel free to message me with any information or to say you’d be interested in attending an event if one were organised.
