Ok boys and girls, we have just erected a new 300ft lounge area in our basement with nice deep blue carpet and spot light. Its very industrial looking and has a nice 2kw patio heater above it which makes things nice and hot.

We will include plenty of cushions, a double bed and even one of our spanking benches.

Would be looking for up to 20 people, limited single male spaces of course so good refs are taken in preference & a contribution to running costs would be required.

Bring a towel if you wish to shower after your fun, likely to be a Sunday or Friday so when messaging us please state which is best for you & we shall do the majority vote.
