Not sure why, but feeling really bored and down today. Done all my jobs, opened the telly and nothing on there which would cheer me up. Can’t concentrate on reading my book either. In desperate need of a lift me up. Mrs D xxx

Find something you enjoy doing

Find something new to distract you... learn a new skill, bake, learn a language etc

If all else fails flood your body with endorphins
