Making a casserole in the slow cooker and put too much salt in...any ideas how to counterbalance the salt or is it ruined ?

If you put in a whole peeled potato to cook it is meant to absorb the salt (then throw it out, don't eat it)

Worth a try?

Yes the potato should help, take it out once it’s soft.

Remove casserole sauce and replace it with fresh stock?
