My BMI is 23 that puts me at healthy.

I normally fluctuate from around 11.5st to 12st

BMI isn’t a particularly good indication though. Just a rough guide

We don't go by BMI as muscle and fat are different densities. It's a guideline but according to BMI I (Mr) am overweight, but I'm the right dimensions and healthy and exercise regularly training for sportives and half marathons.

So we simply measure body dimensions to see if training is in the right direction, oh and eating healthy of course :-0

My BMI is 24 so at the upper end of healthy. But I've got G cup tits and strong thighs which I think makes it a little unfair .

I used to be heavier and my GP told me that he wasn't worried as I had a small waist. Apparently holding a lot of weight around your waist correlates more with health risks than BMI alone.

Yes it does because it’s fat around the organs! You can have tests that measures how much actual fat is in your body that is more accurate than the BMI!

Aren't most people fat or obese these days because of the diet and lifestyle, so BMI pretty pointless unless you’re a gym bunny that nibbles lettuce. I know a few families do that , we always come back hungry if we eat at there’s, they also open a bottle wine and keep it going all week - how weird is that ?

I think body fat percentage by photo is a much better measure than BMI
