Hardly a surprise though is it? I don't condone it but with recycling centres being shut it just encourages fly tipping.

Ours is still open. But they're only letting 6 cars in at a time.

Closing the recycle depot was not a good idea. I won't fly tip, but wont judge others that do.

I now have a house of 4 adult males living here, all family. There will come a point were there is no room in bins, and I will have to store our rubbish until recycle depot opens

They should have kept the depot open

Ye I live in the country and twice already there has been stuff thrown into fields with livestock nearby. It's disgusting. But on a plus note when the rubbish was went through as it was bring cleaned up an envelope with full name and address was in there.

Classic last summer...

Saw posting for couple wanting to be watched in their car. I jumped in the car and headed to advertised spot.

Turned onto lane and faced with an unlit Transit van with back doors open. In my headlights there was a pile of rubbish thrown all over the road.

The guy came from the back to my window claiming he had broken down. After taking details I continued to car park and had a great time with a couple parked up.

In the morning I called council, reported details, gave copy of dash cam footage and led to sucessful prosection and the guys van taken off him to be crushed.

Purfect timing...
