Caught out again.....

Nothing about infidelity (but I bet that's why some have had a look!!!)

No, this is my woe.

Went for a run this lunch time, weather overcast looking like rain.

When I got back and out of my clothes, noticed the tan marks on back of neck and halfway up arms.

Be careful out there people - think summer might be about!!!!! lol

It's not a good look!! Was running 13miles though so out for almost two hours, thermometer was saying 15degrees - wish I could say next time I'll remember the sun cream.......but I probably wont!

I've noticed I'm looking a lot more tanned in the last few days even though I haven't been sunbathing and it's been a sun/rain combination most days.

Think it's the lower sun at this time of year or something.

I remember I worked outside a few years ago, it was freezing so I was still wearing a jacket but my hands were black they were so tanned, I had a farmers tan on my hands!!

My first wife got a tan just opening the fookin curtains in the morning (she's Italian). My daughter has inherited the 'brown for 2 minutes on each side' gene too.
