Still loosing weight after 3 years on crutches. Lost 3 stone Iver just year but at my age it doesn't happen as quickly as I use to. Also, hard playing racquet sports (esp tennis) follow surgery on both feet and ankles. Really worried about impact injuries.

Want to hit the pool but night shifts in a care home and swimming dint mix very well at the moment never mind the whole CV19 thing.

Also, I'm ex anorexic so hard to be very careful about not getting too carried away with things like diet and exercise.

Ugh I need a holiday. Who's coming ?

Big up to the ladies that are into dad bods because I have just thought to myself that no one needs that hard sculptured look unless they are getting paid for it or they have a reason that I haven’t understood.

Don’t get me wrong a healthy body is good but no need to kick the arse out of it.
