Baking soda will absorb many odours - Sodium bicarbonate. Good for fridge, carpets, whatever.

There are also those neutralisers, which encapsulate the odours, preventing you perceiving them. There are a few of them in stores, including liquid and aerosol sprays.

Aim to find and eradicate the source, unless it's been absorbed into everything. Ventilation obviously helps too, as does cleaning. Take things out and air them.
