You can go out to go to work if you cannot work from home, to go shopping for essential, and for exercise once a day.

Yes unless you are a key worker like others have said you wont be entitled to this document that key workers have and I'm use anyone who has this and copies it for others will have serious consequences

I don’t think we have gone that far yet that you need paper documentation for shopping, although many shops are limiting to one person per shopping trip. Just stay in as much as you possible can
