Keeping fit

So how is everyone keeping active during this time?

For me i have a few weights and improvised home gym in the garden. Making the best of a shitty situation!

Ive been cycling and doing online fitness classes with my instructor. It aint working though atm as I am eating too much of the wrong stuff.

Can’t really do any proper weights so cardio and body weight stuff for now! If I can stop eating toffee pops I might lose some weight lol
