"Have only been out to the shops once in over a week I am trying not to go out not even for the allocated hour exercise. I left going to the shops till my prescription was ready and my dad needed food etc to try and do it all at once. Tesco's I have to say had an amazing set up, yes I waiting and queued to get in but it was all good. Security had everything under control and trolley handles were cleaned, one way in and a different way out. When the store Assistant found out I was trying to find items for my dad who cannot get out due to COPD and my eldest son being stuck in isolation she helped me find the bits I was struggling to find for them while obviously sticking to the required distance away. Everything was well run. And it made me feel a lot less anxious. " Someone keeping you in x

"Its definitely a much more relaxed way of life Apart from all the masks and gloves. but I've seen cashiers with none, surely they should be most likely to catch something because of handling so many different people's shopping" .some people should be wearing masks more often though yes I include myself in that comment, well actually I meant me hahahaha
