For the foreseeable future we are allowed 1 hour of freedom, (exercise)!

What have you done so far? My preffered option has been cycling although I have ran a couple of times.

Walking to the kitchen, making tea. It doesn't take me an hour but I do it often.

I’m road running 2 miles to our nearest public playing fields and then doing circuit training.

I’ve found a perfect tree with an outstretched branch for pull ups.

Pull ups have been the hardest so far for me, I’m trying to increase by 1 more a day.

Today I managed 3 sets of 7!

I can remember doing sets of 50 when I was training in my 20’s.

It’s my own personal goal to get back to 50 before I go back to work...

At an increase of 1 per day I might be about right, 43 days to go

With the gym closed I've had to do some jogging although it's not something I enjoy I feel a lot better afterwards. I don't own a bike, considering buying one but I don't have any woods close by.

Either laps of the park (daytime) or thru the town (nights).

Currently I'm running for an hour, just as the weather has been nice and I want to be in the open.

As of the weekend it'll be cloudy, I'll run for 40 and do some pull ups on a tree, then press ups and kettle bell routine when I'm home.

I'm on day 3 of RED lockdown. I'm running the same route every day to see what happens to my pace/mood/calves.

I'm doing a atleast 2 workouts a day too.

Working from home is boring, and I'm easily distracted.

This week I've done an hour of zumba every morning and been for a walk after work. I don't enjoy it as much as swimming but I sadly don't have my own pool.

I didn't make that too clear.

I've seen loads of folk going on about their hour. Like it's yard time from prison

Maybe some are confused with France? Their policy is one hours solo exercise outdoors per day.

Skipping, stances , stretching , core lifts ,all in approx 45 mins but am totally knackered after them ,all intense bar the stretching ,and l find the morning is the best time.
