I'm finding connecting and finding a use for myself to be most valuable. I heard someone talking recently about remembering our community and that we're all connected, and it's the single best thing I've been able to do to manage my anxiety.

I am still working from home 8.30-5.30 and then evenings and weekends I have busy work to do such as crochet or diamond painting with Netflix on in the background. This weekend I'm thinking to take on a big project and reorganise my entire bedroom. The trick is keeping busy and making sure you stick to a routine

I'm finding routine difficult at the moment, but I think the flip side is you need to be gentle with yourself if you're struggling with new or intensifying psychological symptoms. I'm climbing out.

Making a list of things to do when this is all over.

Signed up for a couple of wellbeing/creative courses in the Summer with a hope they happen. I need things to look forward to!

Reconnecting with old friends online made me positive.

Trying new recipes. Crafting. Dancing.

Just not focusing on the mind per se but creating a nice coat of positivity around it. A padded jacket of sorts heh. Panic proof and worry resistant.

Stay strong all.

I’ve been decorating, so have kept busy. Will be decluttering the rest of the house as I go along. Have also done some retail therapy to give myself a boost.

I’ve also tried to give myself time to just read a book and relax x

Self isolating last week was awful and I honestly dont know how I got through it, but I've been back at work since Tuesday and it's been a bit crazy to be honest, next week will be difficult because the work is drying up now, dont know how long we can carry on, but apparently theres talk of us shifting the business to where its needed most so it could all kick off again .

I am struggling with anxiety and feeling trapped. So to get myself our I've volunteered to all sorts.

My drive out today made me feel so much better x ( all dropping stuff off to people)

I've been really struggling for the last week or so. I've had a lot of other stuff to deal with anyway and this all piled on top. I cried last night, a lot and today a feel slightly clearer. That coupled with having very good friends checking up on me and listening to be ramble.

Music. Without it we are nothing. Radio, youtube, whatever. Let your head get some space by closing your eyes & just concentrate on your ears & get some visuals up from what you hear. X

Watching one news update a day, then switching off. I get that we need to stay informed and the powers that bee need to drive the "stay at home" message but it's over whelming for many. Think there is yet another prog on C4 tonight about how to avoid Corona. They should be putting decent films on so folk stay in!

I have been making sure I do my daily excersise - also been doing gardening

I was struggling last weekend but ok at the moment

I am learning to make sure that during the week I do my usual work things and then weekend switch phone and laptop off and doing weekend things

I had various times in my life when I have dropped off the merry go round of work and the usual freedoms, having babies or recovering from being ill, so this feels a little bit like that again, except the world isnt still carrying on the same without me in it. Its ok, you can adjust, it isnt forever (with any luck) it takes a slowing down of everything and just acceptance of the change.

As a mental health instructor I would say try to stick to a routine. Don’t watch too much negative social media and try to do things you can that make you happy. Spend time with your loved ones stay healthy and keep safe. We will get through this everyone. Take care

I live alone, all social media is negative these days, even the positive stuff some prat pisses all over. And what makes me happy is driving, so that's me screwed, ah well porn hub it is then

Well I have been furloughed by my employer for however long.

I'm trying to keep busy and have applied to be an NHS volunteer.

I'm usually quite a calm person but when I went to Sainsbury's and saw a massive queue, people in masks and people dodging everyone else that went out the window.

I was glad to get home back to my safe zone x

Im in a right state my support network has broken down. Ive not been able to leave the house since sunday my life is a massive panic attack. Im not able to make myself anything to eat and managed to make my only drink today at 7.30. My two main care givers are in self isolation.

I am doing fine. I am working out at home, doing yoga, meditation with deep breeding and as well cycling on my exercise bike about 10 to 17km daily

I went through this a few years ago when i first became disabled and unable to get out and about. So luckily i am on a really high dose of anti-anxiety meds by now, plus have kids here with me so not on my own and had somehome adaptations done recently so it's better than before all this happened really and notmuch differenece the staying in thing.

At the moment I'm so busy at work and everything is so chaotic and changing so frequently I'm bizarrely feeling quite good mentally. I'm either running home from work or going for a walk on an evening so that's good. And my girlfriend is working from home so she is dealing with shopping and stuff and I'm still in my office (along with 2 others, everyone else is working from home) so it's not like we're on top of each other which helps.

The few people who know what I do will understand how key my role is to this shitstorm so my main worry mentally is I will plough on through this because I have to but fuck knows what will happen when we come out the other side. Burnout or breakdown I guess.

I am so bored of my own company... lonely, missing the gym and the daily interactions of work and simple things like buying bread in the supermarket to have toast... Only time I've left the house this week was to clap the NHS on Thursday

Having lots of calls / videos with work.. But itsnot tbe same... Am fed up of being in the house for 2 weeks

I can see they are beginning to struggle mainly with not having their freedom. I nearly cried when I saw my daughter's face earlier, she looked lost

I've found this pretty tough. Retraumatising. But most of this week I've been climbing out. I'm not there yet but I see an upward trajectory in my mental health.

I'm taking control of what I can and trying to focus on that. I'm still not terribly functional, but at the moment my goal is to be a bit better than yesterday.

Helping others is by far the most helpful thing for me.

These posts are just heartbreaking. It's so bloody hard isn't it? In my areas community groups have been set up to help any One who has to self isolate.ive joined mine and did some leafleting the other day to let pp know we are here. It felt good to do something useful@

I've been doing some gardening which was productive, nice to be outside and getting some exercise. I've probably had a little cry every day this last week,struggled with sleeping initially, stayed up too late, obsessively checking online threads about what was happening. Getting into a more normal routine now, cooking nice food, chatting with friends both online and on the phone. Only good thing, is knowing that we are all in the same boat. Stay sane and safe everyone!

Thank you. I'm trying not to get frustrated myself. I'm prone to trauma and this is a global trauma, of course I'm going to suffer.

I’m still working in mental health services out in the community .... meditation for me to deal with the issues that get transferred into me ... face timing my grandkids and sons ... staying in touch with friends and watching comedy shows

I saw a terribly upsetting post on you tube by a doctor in Spain saying they won't put people over 65on ventilators, he was in tears, it was very distressing, they were sedating them and leaving them to die. I found it very distressing, think we need to pray to God to deliver us from this horrific nightmare, and to save the vulnerable and elderly people
